Edo PDP Chieftain Found Dead in Hotel Room

Lagos —A Chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State and former General Manager of Ethiope Publishing Company in the state, Mr. Ikubor Justice, was found dead in a hotel room in Benin City yesterday.

This is barely one month that the body of the state Commissioner of Information, Mr. Calus Enoma was found dead in a room at the Precious Palm Royal Hotel also in Benin City.

Meanwhile, the remains of the deceased Commissioner Enoma would be laid to rest in Benin City today.

It was learnt that the PDP chieftain checked in with a female friend at about 8:30pm Wednesday but it was said that the lady left the hotel premises after spending some hours with the deceased.

Vanguard learnt that when there was no sign of the PDP chieftain yesterday morning, the room was forced open by the staff of the hotel and his lifeless body was found on the bed.

Vanguard learnt that the empty cans of red bull which he took together with the lady loitered the room.

After the lifeless body was found, Vanguard learnt that the police authorities in the state were contacted and they immediately provided an ambulance through the assistance of the state Ministry of Health and the body was deposited at the mortuary.

The deceased PDP chieftain is from Igbanke, Orhionmwon Local Government Council of the state.

PDP you all need to explain what happened to my father in that hotel room.

Justice Ikubor’s son has risen

LATE JUSTICE IKUBOR DID NOT DIE IN THE PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC PARTY’S ( PDP) SECRETARIAT: REMA’S  HALLUCINATION IS LEGENDARY.

This is coming at the hills of a tweet credited to a popular Nigerian singer, Rema, with the caption ” PDP you all need to explain what happened to my father in that hotel room.

” Justice Ikubor’s son has risen”.

Recall that a former Managing Director, Ethiope Publishing Company, who was also an active member of the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP), was in 2008, reportedly found dead in his hotel room, the Bins Hotel, Benin City, Edo state, alongside cans of energy drinks purportedly consumed by him at a stretch.

Without asking questions as to what energy drinks, which are highly caffeinated and laced with taurine, sugar, and substitutes for aphrodisiacs, one would have expected a man of Rema’s  standing, to quietly hide his face as to the cause of his father’s death, since common sense could not tell him to contact the  Nigerian Police Station, proximate to the scene of the incidence, with a view to knowing the autopsy report carried out on his  late father, and the position of the Hotel, wherein his father’s lifeless body was said to have been found.

To this end, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and the good people of Edo state, hereby state as follows;

(a.) That Justice Ikubor may have died of caffeine overdose

(b.) That the Hotel management should have been approached as a prime suspect

(c.) That Late Justice Ikubor did not die in the Peoples Democratic Party’s ( PDP) Secretariat

(d.) That being a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) member, does not preclude anyone from dying, if anyone chooses to live a reckless and carefree life, since only God is immortal.

(e.) That Justice Ikubor’s Son (Rema), who is presently spreading falsehood and accusing the Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP), of having a hand in his father’s death, should be advised to grow up and understand how issues are approached, and not hastily acting out a script prepared for him by his principal.

(f.) That the circumstances surrounding his father’s death, as reported by almost all the national dailies, is indeed very shameful, lugubrious, and a replica of excreta, not suitable to behold and or smell
