    Michael Collins Ajereh better known as Don Jazzy is arecord producer, singer, song writer and business man born on November 26, 1982.

    He co-founded the defunct record label “Mo’hits” along with D’Banj before they officailly went their separte ways and he is currently the founder of the Mavin records which includes the likes of D’Prince, Dr Sid, Tiwa Savage, Reekado Banks, Korede Bello, Di’ja, DNA Twins, LadiPoe and Johnny Drille.

    Don Jazzy was born in Umuahia, Abia state part of Nigeria before his family moved to Ajegunle area of Lagos state where he was brought up.He attended Federal government College, Lagos and also studied Business management at the Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma in Edo state.

    Michael who started playing drums at the age of four, developed a passion for the guitar at the age of 12.

    He did various odd jobs including working as a security guard before he decided to build on his musical knowleged, finding like-minded people such as JJC & 419 squad, Kas, D’Banj and Solek.

    Don Jazzy ventured into a full time career in music when he patnered with the koko master, D’Banj to set up the Mo’Hits label.

    Just within two years, both had produced two albums “No Long Thing” and “Rundown/funk You Up”, while still working on the third.

    That time marked the beginning of Don Jazzy’s fame where he was already becoming a household name with the trademark intro – “It’s Don Jazzy Again!”.

    At that time, Don Jazzy also repeated the magic on Wande Coal’s Mushin to Mo’Hits album which was described as the best album to ever come out of Nigeria.

    8. She attended Ladoke Akintola University, Oyo state where she studied Medical Anatomy.
    9. She rose to fame with the hit single “Jabole”, which is her first song under the YBNL imprint.
