Harrison-Uke Frank Porpularly known on stage as AmEE is a Nigerian afro-beat singer, songwriter and music composer. The Lagos based artist is one of the fast rising artist in Nigeria popularizing himself gradually in the Nigerian music industry with his unique style . He is an Entertainer to the core because of his way and style of music. His love for music as really stand him out from others.
He was born on the 12th Feb 1977 to the family of Mr and Mrs Harrison-Uke in Lagos Mainland .
The name AmEE is his native name formerly spelt as Ame but changed to create a uniqueness in the media space.
His music is afrocentric with influences from jazz ,soul ,salsa and afro Cuban. His ability to get the audience glued has always been a great asset that he’s always thankful for.
He’s name AmEE means ‘Water’ and he hope to use his music to break every world barriers Just like Water flows without boundaries.
Educational Background
AmEE Attended Oluwole Nursery and Primary School ,Akoka (1985-1990). He then went to Akoka High School ,Akoka (1991- 1996) after then he proceeded to University of Calabar to study Diploma in Business Administration in the year 2000-2003.
He also acquired BSC in Business Administration Lagos State University in the year 2003. AmEE didn’t stop there, he also attended Musical society of Nigeria, and had Grade 3 in Theory of Music 2014.
Early Career
AmEE started music from a tender age in his local church where he rose to become the lead vocalist before joining the national headquarters. There, he first learnt music theory and how to present classical pieces.
While proceeding to the higher institution of learning, he groomed and produced albums for some of his choir members and musicians.
Afterwards, In between school, he started music professionally in 1996 by forming his first band ( a group of instrumentalists and singers that he trained). The band was called “Frank Uke and the Rhythmic band ” before changing to “Ame and the Agogo band” and now to Just AmEE.

He has submitted for entries for Next Rated Artist Category on FameNet Fans Awards. He had his first debut in the year 2005 named Ame’s collection.
