Early Life & Background
Adebukola Salawu was born on march 18.
She was born and raised in Ibadan.
She attended Public Day School and Methodist Nursery and Primary School and Ise-Oluwa Montessori High School for her primary and secondary education, all in Ibadan.
She also obtained a degree in Banking and Finance at the Ekiti State University.
Career
Adebukola started her acting career while joining the Nigerian movie industry in 2007.
She got her first role in the movie “Oko mi Laye, Oko mi Lorun”.
She produced her first movie with the money she made from her make-up business while in school.
She was away from the movie industry for a while to focus more on her education and came back in 2014.
She has produced more than 5 movies with her first production in 2016 on “Emotional Tears (Omije Okan) as directed by Femi Fadeyi.
She followed up with other productions in 2017 and 2018 on “Imotayo” and “Ategun” respectively.
Salawu has worked with the likes of Jaiye Kuti, Kemi Afolabi, Ayanfe Adekunle, Oyebade Adebimpe and so on
Aside acting, she is also a stylist and a make-up artist.
